Steven’s first personal rental property was purchased in May of 1983. After more than 20 years in the property management and sales arena, Steven specializes in single-family homes, multi-unit residential property, first-time homebuyers, and residential investment property. He also works with relocation professionals worldwide to help buyers moving to the Las Vegas area and assists clients relocating outside Las Vegas to ensure a smooth transition. Steven excels in selling difficult properties, expired listings, and locating properties with even the most challenging requirements.

Steven continued his commitment to the real estate profession by joining the National Association of Realtors® (NAR), where REALTORS® are held to a strict Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice.

Steven earned his Broker-Salesman credential in 2006. After more than nine years with Realty One Group in Las Vegas, he and his wife, Sharon Goldman (Realtor, GRI, SRES, CSP, PM, KC7TGG), joined Win Win Real Estate, where he continues to prosper in the real estate industry.

Steven was the Lead Instructor for the Real Estate Salesperson Pre-Licensing course at the Real Estate Academy in Las Vegas for more than three years, helping hundreds of students earn their Nevada real estate license with a first-time exam pass rate exceeding 90%. He later completed a 10-year tenure at Nevada's largest real estate school, teaching all facets of real estate.

Steven currently teaches and tutors Real Estate Pre-Licensing, Property Management, Post Licensing, and Continuing Education classes. He also provides a one-on-one mentorship program designed to help agents expand their knowledge based on their individual interests.

From 2013 to 2017, Steven worked with Nevada's largest real estate team, The Brodkin Group, developing and instructing training programs in real estate sales, lead generation, and conversion. Agents completing his courses often closed their first transaction in less than 45 days, with many averaging two or more transactions per month.

Steven's education and professional designations place him among the top real estate professionals in the country. His credentials include:

  • Graduate REALTOR® Institute (GRI)

  • Certified Distressed Property Expert® (CDPE)

  • Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist (CPRES)

  • Citizen Emergency Response Team (CERT)

Outside of real estate, Steven earned his Amateur Extra Ham Radio license (N7JAZ) and serves on the Board of Directors and Technical Committee of the Nellis Air Force Base Radio Amateur Club. He is also certified by the American Radio Relay League (ARRL) as a Volunteer Examiner (VE), providing amateur radio testing, certification, and free instructional classes throughout the Las Vegas area. Steven has supported numerous community events through emergency and public safety communications.

In his free time, Steven enjoys sailing on Lake Mead, scuba diving, fishing, and spending quality time with his family and dog.
